Privacy Policy

This policy applies when you visit www.oneofzerosystems.com, complete the Microsoft 365 Readiness Check, contact us by email, or use our Microsoft Bookings page to book a Microsoft 365 Fit Call or apply for a Founding Review.

We may receive information when you:

• email Sales or Support, including your name, email address, business details and anything you include in your message;
• book a Fit Call or apply for a Founding Review, including the information requested by Microsoft Bookings; or
• engage OneOfZero for services under a separate proposal or agreement.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, confidential client information or other sensitive credentials through the website or ordinary email.

No tenant access takes place during a Fit Call. If you authorise a Resilience Review or a managed plan, we access your Microsoft 365 tenant only under your written authorisation and the agreed terms, and use what we see only to deliver that service.

We publish your name, business or feedback, including any case study or testimonial, only with your written permission.

The Readiness Check uses only the answers you select in your browser. Your answers remain in your browser. The website does not inspect your Microsoft 365 environment, transmit your answers to OneOfZero or store them after you leave or refresh the page.

Opening Microsoft Bookings or emailing us does not send your answers or result to us. If you choose to mention your result when you contact us, we receive only what you write.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page traffic and website performance. These services may process technical information such as the page visited, referring page, browser or device type, approximate location and performance measurements.

We do not use this website for advertising profiles, and analytics do not receive your Readiness Check answers or email content.

• to respond to enquiries and support requests;
• to arrange Fit Calls and assess Founding Review applications;
• to prepare proposals and deliver agreed services;
• to keep the website reliable, secure and understandable; and
• to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We use service providers including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings for email and scheduling, and Vercel for website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms and may process information outside New Zealand.

If you take a plan that includes Backup & Recovery for Microsoft 365, a backup service provider stores copies of your Microsoft 365 data. That provider is named in your service agreement.

We retain enquiry, booking and client records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. You may also raise a privacy concern with us or contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
