Boundaries
Backup does not guarantee recovery of every item. Coverage and recovery depend on the approved solution and your written agreement.
Important service boundaries
- What can be restored depends on what was backed up and when; no service can promise zero data loss, guaranteed recovery or protection against every ransomware incident.
- No fixed recovery time or recovery point objective applies unless agreed in writing.
- Bulk recovery and major incidents may be quoted separately.
- This is not a 24/7 disaster-response service.
- Server failover and infrastructure replication are not part of this service.
- We cannot guarantee business continuity.
